CARE was established in 2010 to address a need in the Saudi Arabian healthcare market. There was not a single national company that was dedicated to managing complex healthcare and scientific research projects to international standards. CARE stepped in with its joint venture (care-RTKL) with the project management arm of the US architecture and design firm CallisonRTKL to fill that void.

Over the years, CARE has successfully executed the largest and most prestigious medical equipment and research laboratory projects in Saudi Arabia and cemented its position as the go-to company for complex healthcare projects.

Starting with an initial assessment of our customers’ equipment and technology needs, we then prepare the business case, refine the existing equipment lists and secure our customer’s approval, purchase the equipment, oversee installation, train end-users, and ultimately maintain the equipment through multi-year maintenance agreements. Given CARE’s well-established relationships with the leading regional and global medical and scientific device vendors, customers are assured of receiving the best technologies that deliver value for money.

Efficient Execution Through Investment in Technology

Over the years, our projects have become larger and more complex, and our customers were demanding more transparency and real time information about the progress of their projects. To that end, CARE invested heavily in a proprietary and bespoke digital project management platform: Project Execution and Control System (PECS).

PECS is a fully integrated digital project management platform that supports CARE, Contractors and our customers during the preparation and submissions of proposals and continues thereafter for the management and control of procurement and all project activities. PECS is accessible by all authorized project team members, including Customers, Consultants and Contractors from PC’s, smartphones, Portable Tablets and Mobile Devices providing real time reports and status updates on all aspects of the project.
